Assessment privacy information

When you request a personalised school lettings report, we collect your school or trust name, email address, consent confirmation and the financial assumptions and results you entered. These are submitted through Netlify Forms to Imagine Consultants so we can process your request and contact you about the assessment.

Please do not submit pupil information or other sensitive personal data. Access to form submissions should be restricted to authorised staff. Information is not submitted to the Department for Education.

You may contact Imagine Consultants through our website to ask about your information or exercise applicable data protection rights.

Before publishing: The site owner must complete this notice with the controller's legal identity, contact details, lawful basis, retention period, any processors/international transfers and complaint rights, and align it with the full privacy policy.
